Funding Free Software Development

If you would like to fund development, please contact ttn to make a pledge towards a specific goal, or to discuss a fundable goal.

Here's how it works:

• Each goal has a pledge threshold.
• You declare a "pledge towards a goal" to ttn, specifying:
  • how you want your name/organization to be publicly listed;
  • contact info;
  • lamer-toleration info (see below);
  • the amount (in Euros, please).
• When (if) the goal's pledge threshold is met, that event defines "start".
• At start:
  • No more pledges towards that goal will be accepted.
  • You will be emailed an IBAN to which your transfer should be made. You have 30 days to do so. If you manage it, you earn the label "cool", otherwise you earn the label "lame".
• At start + 30d:
  • If all pledges are cool, work begins.
  • Otherwise, your pledge is refunded (minus transaction cost), using the previously specified "lamer-toleration info" (refund method), and the goal re-opens for pledging.
• Status is updated weekly, through completion.
• Work product is free software.
