EDB up through 1.21 was written and maintained by Michael Ernst.
In 2003 (or 2004, I can't remember precisely), I asked him if I could
take over maintenance duties and he agreed.  Unfortunately, there was
no version control history saved for these files, so what you see 
(in the CVS repository -- see file ANONCVS) is what you get.
